We're recruiting for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant to join one of Dubai's fastest-growing and most dynamic real estate agencies. Based in the heart of the city's luxury property market, this is an exciting opportunity to join a British-owned and led business with a proven track record of developing high-performing consultants.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets
• Estate agent or property sales experience is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Professional, confident, and well-presented
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Comfortable generating new business and making outbound sales calls
• Flexible approach to working hours to accommodate client appointments
• Valid passport
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai
• Full driving licence (UK or international equivalent preferred)
• Approximately £15,000 available to support the relocation and visa process
