Key Responsibilities - Provide expert property advisory services to clients across residential and investment markets. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and developers. - Guide clients through the full property journey including off-plan purchases, resale opportunities, and property management solutions. - Conduct market research to advise clients with up-to-date knowledge of trends and opportunities. - Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and integrity. - Represent Three Tens Global at property launches, networking events, and client meetings.
