Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Property Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role requires a professional who can deliver tailored property solutions and uphold the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on luxury residential and investment properties in Abu Dhabi.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client qualification to property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, pricing, and competitive offerings.
  • Conduct property presentations and offer strategic advice based on client needs and investment goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate professionally at all times, ensuring a premium client experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and property promotions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the luxury segment.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and a client-focused mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
