About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and sophisticated Luxury Property Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on representing premium properties, advising high‑net‑worth clients, and delivering an exceptional service experience aligned with the standards of the luxury real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for luxury residential properties, from lead generation to closing.
- Provide expert guidance on high‑end communities, premium developments, and market trends.
- Conduct private viewings, tailored property tours, and high‑level client consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and developers.
- Maintain an updated portfolio of luxury listings, ensuring accuracy and quality of all property information.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and CRM, to support client engagement and deal flow.
- Represent the company at exclusive events, exhibitions, and private developer launches.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and client service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales within the UAE market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of premium communities, luxury developments, and high‑end buyer expectations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage demanding clients and complex transactions with professionalism.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
