Position Summary

H and M Real Estate LLC is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Property Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will specialize in high end properties, providing bespoke solutions to discerning clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering unparalleled service and expertise to help clients buy, sell, or invest in luxury real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, including trends, pricing, and key developments.
• Build and nurture relationships with high net worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
• Assist clients in identifying and acquiring luxury properties that align with their preferences and investment goals.
• Create and execute tailored marketing strategies for luxury listings, including staging, professional photography, and exclusive promotions.
• Conduct property tours for clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay updated on legal regulations, zoning laws, and financial requirements related to high value transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless service throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network of contacts within the luxury market is a plus.
• Knowledge of international property trends and investment strategies is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing platforms.
• A valid real estate license and a successful track record of high value sales.
