Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Luxury Property Specialist to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury property sales, strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, and the ability to deliver outstanding service to high-net-worth clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and leasing of luxury properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Provide expert advice on premium property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations tailored to high-net-worth clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and developers.
• Stay updated on luxury real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or leasing.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
