Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Luxury Real Estate Advisor to join our elite sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury property sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with high‑net‑worth clients. This role requires a polished professional who can manage high‑value transactions and deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales process for luxury residential and investment properties.
  • Conduct private property tours, presentations, and high‑level client consultations.
  • Provide expert advice on luxury developments, market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals, investors, and developers.
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about new project launches, premium communities, and competitive offerings.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑value clients and work independently.
  • Professional appearance and a client‑focused approach.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
