Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and client-focused Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-end property sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to discerning clients. You will specialize in luxury residential and commercial properties, guiding clients through transactions and building long-term relationships with investors and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of luxury properties
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with high-net-worth individuals and investors
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate market, laws, and regulations
• Build and maintain a portfolio of premium clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value property transactions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
