About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Luxury Real Estate Agent to join our team. This role focuses on representing premium properties, advising high‑net‑worth clients, and delivering an exceptional, concierge‑level real estate experience. The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in luxury property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent luxury residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
• Provide tailored consultation and property recommendations to high‑net‑worth clients.
• Conduct property tours, private viewings, and client presentations with a high level of professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
• Negotiate offers and close high‑value transactions while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate regulations.
• Stay updated on luxury market trends, new developments, and exclusive project launches.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client acquisition and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high‑end client services.
• Strong understanding of the UAE luxury property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage high‑value clients with discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is preferred.
