Position Overview:

We're seeking experienced luxury real estate agents to join our growing Dubai team. This is an exceptional opportunity for ambitious, results-driven individuals who want to represent a prestigious international brand while working with exclusive properties and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads through outbound and inbound sales strategies

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients

Conduct property viewings and presentations for luxury developments and secondary market properties

Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions

Stay current on Dubai real estate market trends and opportunities

Represent the Interluxe® brand with professionalism and excellence

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in the UAE

Proven track record in new developments and/or secondary market sales

Demonstrated success in both outbound prospecting and inbound lead conversion

RERA licensed (or ability to obtain license immediately)

Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Arabic language proficiency

Existing client database or network in Dubai

Experience with luxury property sales

Knowledge of Dubai's key development areas and market dynamics
