We are seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our elite team and represent some of the most exclusive properties in the region.
Role Overview
The Luxury Real Estate Sales Advisor will focus on high‑end property transactions, working with affluent clients, investors, and international buyers. This role requires exceptional market knowledge, refined communication skills, and the ability to deliver a premium client experience from first contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent luxury residential properties and high‑value investment opportunities
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in premium real estate
- Conduct private viewings, presentations, and high‑level negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UHNW and HNW clients
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and targeted market activities
- Prepare and manage high‑quality property listings on major real estate portals
- Stay informed on luxury market trends, pricing, and developer launches
- Provide expert advice on investment strategies and market conditions
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless transactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales (UAE or international luxury market preferred)
- Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s premium communities and developers
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills
- Professional appearance and polished presentation style
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Real estate certification is a plus
