Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and polished Luxury Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our elite team. The ideal candidate understands the expectations of high‑net‑worth clients, excels in relationship‑building, and can confidently present and sell premium properties in Abu Dhabi’s most prestigious communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients and investors
  • Conduct bespoke property presentations, private viewings, and negotiations
  • Advise clients on luxury market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Promote and sell high‑end off‑plan and ready properties
  • Deliver a concierge‑level client experience throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, offers, and transactions
  • Stay updated on luxury developments, market conditions, and real estate regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient transactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury property market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with high‑net‑worth individuals
  • Professional appearance, polished demeanor, and strong business etiquette
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.) are an advantage
