Role Summary:

This is a unique, multi-faceted role that serves as the assistant to the owner/COO. You’ll interface directly with clients in person, via phone, email, and social media while managing a variety of tasks to support sales, marketing, and business operations. As part of a close-knit team, you’ll wear many hats and adapt to shifting business needs, always maintaining a positive, luxury-focused demeanor.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Client Relations:

  • Engage with clients across multiple platforms: in the showroom, via phone, email, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, creating personalized luxury experiences.
  • Manage client inquiries and actively support Rob and Donae’s existing clientele.
  • Encourage and support sellers of quality products to visit the store, increasing inventory value.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify counterfeit items and ensure authenticity in all transactions.

2. Marketing & Brand Strategy:

  • Plan, develop, curate, implement, and monitor social media, email blasts, and website strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Create engaging and luxury-focused content to connect with social media followers.
  • Co-manage photography and videography for marketing materials, website, and social media.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including promotional content for events and collaborations.

3. Inventory Support:

  • Handbag Inventory/Purchasing Support, researching and adding quality products to the collection.
  • Assist with pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

4. Event & Collaboration Support:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of in-store and off-site events to foster client engagement and partnerships.
  • Support content creation and posting of events.

5. Operational Support:

  • Support with client contact records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support daily business operations and handle tasks as they arise, contributing to team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the jewelry and watch industry, including sales, retail, or related roles. Prior experience in a full-time, structured 9-5 role or working weekends/evenings in a retail setting is required.
  • Luxury Expertise: Strong knowledge of high-end jewelry, watches, and handbags, with an ability to spot counterfeits and educate clients on product details.
  • Client Focus: A positive, welcoming demeanor with exceptional communication skills across all platforms. Creating engaging conversations is essential to delivering a luxury experience.
  • Attendance & Punctuality: Reliable and punctual attendance is essential for the success of the team and the business. While we understand emergencies arise, this role requires a commitment to showing up on time every day and working full-time, in person, at our showroom. In-store support is critical to maintaining our team’s synergy and delivering the level of service our clients expect.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to multitask, wear many hats, and adjust to shifting priorities within a dynamic luxury market.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 per year for candidates meeting the 3+ years requirement.- Higher salary for 10+ years of jewelry industry experience

Pay: $45,712.85 - $55,052.04 per year
