Luxury Sales Specialist - US B2B Sales (Night shift) Location: BKC, Mumbai (On-site)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in US Inside Sales / International B2B Sales / Collections / Debt recovery (third and fourth bucket)
CTC: 6 – 8 LPA Shift: Night Shift (7:45 PM – 5:15 AM, Monday–Friday)
Process: US B2B Sales (Outbound)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales professional with strong exposure to US B2B outbound calling, lead qualification, and high-intensity target-driven selling. The role requires making high-volume outbound calls, pitching to senior US decision-makers, and converting qualified opportunities into revenue. Candidates from US Inside Sales or 3rd bucket International Collections environments
typically perform very well in this profile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make minimum 100 outbound B2B calls daily to senior US decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, VPs).
  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential business opportunities through structured calling.
  • Manage the full inside sales cycle including pitching, objection handling, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM/Salesforce or Excel tools.
  • Share sales presentations, solution decks, and proposals as needed.
  • Respond to RFPs, queries, and client-specific requests professionally.
  • Achieve all weekly and monthly KPIs: calls, connections, appointments, closures.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update CRM.
  • Collaborate with management for sales forecasting and planning.

Candidate Profile – Must-Haves
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Inside Sales / International B2B Outbound.

Sales.
  • Strong background in high-volume outbound calling (80–120 calls/day).
  • Excellent spoken English with clarity; neutral/American accent preferred.
  • Strong ability in objection handling, negotiation, and decision-maker conversations.
  • Comfortable working in US night shifts.
  • Proven experience in target-driven sales environments.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho preferred).

Preferred Background (Balanced Guidance)
Candidates from the following international calling environments perform strongly:
  • JP Morgan Chase – International Collections (3rd bucket)
  • American Express – International Collections
  • Barclays / Citi / Bank of America – US Collections / Recovery
  • Any US B2B Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting process
(Preferred—not mandatory; final selection based on skills & calling intensity.)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience interacting with senior business leaders (CXO/Director-level).
  • Exposure to CRM-driven pipeline management.
  • Prior B2B sales experience in SaaS, tech, consulting, or services is an advantage.
