Luxury Salon Front Desk & Sales Receptionist

About the Role

Alaris Beauty Salon, part of Persian Horizon Holding, is hiring an experienced Luxury Salon Receptionist for our Dubai location.

This is not an entry-level receptionist role.
We are looking for a professional who fully understands the culture, workflow, and client expectations of high-end beauty salons in Dubai.

You must have direct salon reception experience in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations in a luxury beauty salon
• Handle client check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage appointment bookings using Fresha software
• Process payments accurately and manage daily cash handling
• Maintain organized financial and booking records
• Provide high-level client service in a luxury environment
• Upsell relevant products based on services received
• Support smooth daily salon operations

Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)

• Minimum 4 years of direct salon reception experience in Dubai
• Must have worked inside a beauty salon environment (not hotel, not clinic, not office)
• Strong knowledge of salon culture and client expectations in Dubai
• Hands-on experience using Fresha booking system (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of appointment scheduling and payment processing
• Ability to handle cash, POS, and daily financial reconciliation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to confidently recommend and sell salon products
