What you'll be doing...

  • Deliver customized, high‑touch esthetic services including advanced facials, luxury body treatments, peels, and specialized skincare rituals

  • Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to curate personalized treatment plans

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team retail performance expectations

  • Ensure compliance with operational & brand standards

  • Uphold strict sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols in compliance with state regulations and luxury spa standards

  • Maintain pristine treatment spaces, tools, and equipment at all times

  • Support spa operations with opening/closing procedures and service flow coordination

  • Actively participate in ongoing training, education, and brand initiatives

  • Collaborate seamlessly with spa therapists, attendants, and front‑of‑house team members

  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences to exceed expectations at every touchpoint
  • Maintain impeccable professionalism, polish, and etiquette in all guest interactions
  • Educate guests thoughtfully on skincare routines and wellness recommendations
  • Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador for luxury skincare lines and spa offerings

  • Provide tailored product recommendations to enhance treatment results and support guest wellness goals

  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team retail performance expectations

Requirements...

  • Active Esthetician license in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort environment
  • Advanced knowledge of skin physiology, ingredients, and treatment protocols
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and guest‑service skills
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Requirements...
  • Experience with premium or prestige skincare brands
  • Certifications in advanced esthetic modalities (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, etc.)
  • Proven success in luxury retail sales environments

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in primary language used in the workplace

Physical:

  • 8+ hours per day at standing table;
  • Stand and walk frequently throughout the workday
  • Lift, lower, and maneuver up to 30 pounds occasionally
