sales specialist – Client Consultant & Package Sales

Lumina Aesthetics & Spa is seeking a confident and knowledgeable sales person to join our team as a Client Consultant focused on treatment plan consultations and package sales.

This role does not perform treatments. Instead, you will meet with clients, analyze their skin concerns, and recommend personalized treatment plans using the wide range of advanced facial services offered at our spa.

Our spa provides a variety of advanced treatments including Hydrafacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED therapy, and other modern skincare technologies.

This position is ideal for an esthetician who enjoys consulting with clients, educating them about treatments, and helping them choose the right skincare programs in a luxury spa environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with clients to discuss their skin concerns and goals

• Analyze skin and recommend personalized treatment plans

• Educate clients about advanced facial treatments and skincare options

• Recommend treatment programs and packages tailored to client needs

• Coordinate treatment plans with the esthetician performing the services

• Provide a professional and welcoming consultation experience

• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term treatment plans

• Follow up with clients to support their skincare journey

Treatments You Should Be Familiar With

Our spa offers a wide range of advanced facial services, including but not limited to:

• Hydrafacial

• Microneedling

• Dermaplaning

• Chemical Peels

• Microdermabrasion

• LED / Red Light Therapy

• Other advanced skincare treatments and technologies

You will not perform these treatments, but must have strong knowledge of skincare and facial services to confidently explain and recommend them.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Esthetician (required)

• Strong knowledge of facial treatments and skin conditions

• Excellent communication and consultation skills

• Comfortable recommending treatments and skincare programs

• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
