Responsibilities:

• Represent luxury buyers and sellers with professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Market high value properties using advanced digital marketing, networking, and branding strategies
• Deliver a concierge level client experience throughout the transaction process
• Build relationships within luxury communities and professional networks
• Stay informed on local and national luxury real estate trends
• Negotiate contracts and transactions with a focus on exceptional client outcomes
• Develop a personal brand that attracts affluent clients and referral opportunities

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in South Carolina
