Luxury Travel Consultant

For our office in Bahrain, we are seeking a highly experienced Travel Consultant with a strong background in luxury services and high-level client relations.

The ideal candidate will manage premium travel and lifestyle requests for VIP, corporate, and government clients, ensuring delivery of world-class service standards—including 24/7 availability when required.

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Role Description


Travel & Itinerary Management

  • Design and execute bespoke international travel itineraries
  • Arrange commercial flights (First & Business Class), private aviation, and yacht charters
  • Coordinate luxury hotels, private villas, residences, and premium transportation
  • Manage visa procedures, protocol coordination, and security requirements
  • Oversee complex, multi-destination travel planning


VIP & Corporate Client Management


  • Serve as primary point of contact for VIP, corporate, and government clients
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions
  • Handle urgent and last-minute requests with professionalism


Concierge and Lifestyle Services


  • Design and implement exclusive lifestyle experiences
  • Secure access to high-demand restaurants, events, entertainment, and wellness services
  • Coordinate luxury ground transportation and chauffeur services
  • Deliver tailor-made services aligned with NextCorp standards


Operations & supplier management


  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Travel Department
  • Prepare detailed proposals and quotations
  • Negotiate preferential rates with premium suppliers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international luxury partners
  • Maintain accurate CRM and booking records


Qualifications


Minimum 5+ years of experience in:

  • Luxury travel services
  • High-end travel agencies
  • Concierge or lifestyle management companies
  • VIP Travel Desk (corporate or government)


  • High-pressure, confidential environments
  • Strong international network of premium service providers


Proven experience dealing with:

  • VIP & UHNW clients
  • Corporate executives & government delegations
