Coulter INFINITI is hiring motivated Sales Consultants to add to our team! As a Sales Consultant with us, you’ll represent one of the most respected names in Arizona and a luxury brand known for innovation, performance, and style.

We offer:
$70,000 – $160,000+ per year (base + commission + bonuses)- Performance-based bonuses: Your effort = Your earnings

Responsibilities:
- Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned INFINITI vehicle.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide test drives.
Qualifications/Requirements:
No experience required!- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, BDC, real estate, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus!
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confident, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed
- Comfortable using technology and learning about new products
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
