LV & AV Technician

Company Overview:
Smart Touch Telecommunication Equipment LLC, a sister company of Sunrise Oasis Lighting LLC, specializes in advanced telecommunication, low voltage (LV), and audio-visual (AV) solutions. The company is committed to delivering high-quality installations and services to meet the needs of both corporate and residential clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission LV & AV systems such as lighting control panels, audio-visual equipment, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of LV and AV systems.
• Support project teams in wiring, cabling, termination, and system integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during installation and servicing.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Prepare basic reports on system status, faults, and completed works.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams as required.
• Drive company vehicles to project sites when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI certification in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an LV & AV Technician, preferably in the lighting or construction industry.
• Knowledge of wiring, cabling, and termination for LV and AV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with lighting control systems (e.g., DALI, KNX, DMX).
• Hands-on experience with AV systems (projectors, displays, speakers, control systems).
• Familiarity with CCTV, fire alarm, and access control systems.
• UAE/GCC work experience will be an added advantage.
