LV Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Perform electrical maintenance for commercial and residential setups.

Handle single-phase and three-phase motor control systems, including insulation checks and general maintenance.

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot distribution boards (DBs), breakers, lighting, and power sockets.

Diagnose and resolve electrical faults safely and efficiently.

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with FM industry safety standards.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report technical issues promptly.

Qualification:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry
