LVN - Correctional Facility - Susanville, CA

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of CA. (Must be licensed for at LEAST 1 year)

• Driver’s License Identification

• BLS (American Heart Association only)

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to individuals within the a facility.

• Assess and address the healthcare needs of inmates, including monitoring vital signs and conducting routine health checks.

• Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to established protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of dosage and frequency.

• Conduct health assessments to identify and address medical issues, collaborating with physicians as needed.
