Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care with precision and diligence.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical interventions.
• Educate patients and their families on care routines, recovery, and proper medication usage.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and emotional well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Empathy and patience
• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
