Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and design personalized care plans addressing both medical and emotional needs.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wounds with accuracy, empathy, and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and treatments, ensuring patient comfort and compliance with clinical protocols.
• Provide patient and family education on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and correct medication usage.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records in line with institutional policies and healthcare regulations.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust, emotional support, and holistic healing.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years’ experience in a healthcare facility
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills

Skills:

• Empathy and patience
• Clinical competence in home care procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Familiarity with electronic health records
