Role: M&A Strategy Consultant (Freelance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement acquisition strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Identify and assess target companies for mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide expert advice on deal structuring, negotiations, and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful post-merger integration.
• Deliver insights that maximize shareholder value and drive growth.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in M&A or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with over 25 years of industry experience may be considered without a degree.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
• Proven track record of successful M&A deals.
