Position Overview:

We are seeking an M&A Sourcing Specialist to lead Riverview’s acquisition sourcing efforts in NJ, PA, DE, and MD.

This position will source new acquisition opportunities by identifying, contacting, and building relationships with landscaping business owners. You’ll manage a CRM of potential targets, conduct high-volume outreach, and maintain a pipeline that supports 12+ closed deals per year. As the Company grows, there is potential for this role to expand into a leadership position, overseeing additional sourcing personnel and shaping Riverview’s acquisition strategy.

Riverview has a proven track record of regularly closing a high volume of acquisitions. This position is critical to accelerating our acquisition pipeline and supporting the primary growth driver of the Company going forward.

This is a full-time position with a compensation mix of base salary plus acquisition commissions. Riverview’s average acquisition purchase price is roughly $5,000,000. This means that if you source 50% of the 12+ acquisitions Riverview closes every year, your total annual commissions payout will be at least $240,000.

You will be expected to work from home or a branch/office, depending on your preference. Travel within your target states to visit potential acquisition targets is expected. This position will report directly to the CFO.

Job Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain a CRM of landscaping companies in the I-95 corridor and adjacent areas.

· Conduct systematic outbound outreach (phone, email, and in-person visits) to potential acquisition targets.

· Develop trust-based relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

· Qualify leads and coordinate with Riverview’s leadership team to evaluate fit.

· Manage and report sourcing funnel metrics weekly.

· Represent Riverview Landscapes professionally in all owner interactions.

· Oversee and train additional sourcing personnel as the team expands.

Required Qualifications:

· 3–7 years of experience in sales, deal sourcing, business development, or M&A origination.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably with senior, blue-collar professionals.

· Exceptional determination and perseverance.

· Proven ability to manage CRM pipelines and target outreach.

· Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in performance-driven environments.

· Willingness to travel regionally (~1-3 days/week driving).

· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with other Microsoft Office 365 products.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Background in landscaping, facility services, or other recurring-revenue service industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
