Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Mac Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Apple devices. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with patience and empathy, ensuring that both our internal team and clients enjoy a seamless Apple experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
• Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for Apple products including Macs, iPhones, iPads, and peripherals.
• Assist in iCloud, Apple ID, and device setup/configuration.
• Support remote learning sessions by ensuring smooth technical performance (Zoom, FaceTime, etc.).
• Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
• Stay up to date with Apple’s latest features, security practices, and software updates.
• Provide guidance and reassurance to seniors, translating technical solutions into simple, understandable steps.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mac Technician, Apple Support Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Apple hardware, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Apple ecosystem integrations.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as Apple Configurator and Disk Utility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong communication and patience — ability to explain technical details to non-technical users (especially seniors).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Macintosh Technician [ACMT]) are a strong plus.
