Machine Learning Developer

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for blockchain-related applications.

● Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.

● Build prediction, classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.

● Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

● Collaborate with data engineers and blockchain developers for end-to-end ML pipeline integration.

● Implement model monitoring and retraining strategies for production environments.

● Research and apply latest ML/AI algorithms and techniques to improve business outcomes.

● Document solutions, workflows, and provide technical support to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 3–5 years of professional experience as an ML Engineer/Developer.

● Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

● Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.

● Experience in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation.

● Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data visualization libraries.

● Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.

● Good knowledge of API development and integration for ML services.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have (Preferred)

● Experience with blockchain or Web3 data analytics (on-chain data, anomaly detection, fraud detection).

● Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI, Azure ML).

● Knowledge of MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD for ML).

● Exposure to big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop).

● Relevant certifications in ML/AI.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
