Learning & Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager with a solid background in sales, ideally from the FMCG, e-commerce, or remote sales sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and training large sales teams and a strong understanding of sales operations. This role is based in Dubai and will play a key part in enhancing the performance and efficiency of our sales team through effective training and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs for onboarding and upskilling sales teams.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and performance coaching for field and remote sales staff.
  • Assess training needs through performance evaluations, feedback, and coordination with sales leadership.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements where necessary.
  • Support sales operations by collaborating on CRM usage, reporting, process improvement, and compliance.
  • Work closely with sales management to align training content with business goals and market trends.
  • Maintain training records and provide reports on progress and outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize sales processes and documentation across teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a training or sales operations role.
  • Background in FMCG, e-commerce, or remote sales environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and training large sales teams across multiple regions.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Go High Level), and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Based in Dubai and available for onsite engagement with teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in sales enablement tools and digital training platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple training programs and operational projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
