Sales Manager(HORECA)

Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

-Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and growth segments.

-Build and retain long-term partnerships across HORECA, retail, and institutional clients.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the HORECA segment.

-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

-Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and explore areas for growth.

-Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up to avoid overdue receivables.

-Handle product pricing, contract negotiation, and volume commitments ensuring profitability.

-Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and related sales documents.

-Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on sustainable growth.

-Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.

-Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, inventory, procurement, sales coordinator) to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely delivery.

-Collaborate with the product development team to support product improvements and category diversification.

-Ensure smooth lifecycle management and alignment during product launches and promotions.

-Prepare and present performance reports, sales forecasts, and executive-level summaries.

-Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for operational or strategic adjustments.

-Build and manage a comprehensive HORECA customer database for better tracking and account management.

-Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints in coordination with the QC and production teams.

-Liaise with the finance team to monitor credit terms and ensure timely collections.

-Maintain accurate documentation and records of all sales activities.

-Ensure supply chain efficiency in coordination with warehouse and delivery teams.

-Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
