Fitout Operation and Sales Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of interior fitout projects (commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality).
  • Plan, schedule, and manage resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety, and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, approvals, and handover processes.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships in the UAE fitout/interior design market.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and cost estimates to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and innovative fitout solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in interior fitout project management and sales.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering fitout projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE municipality and Civil Defense regulations related to fitout works.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with design & build projects.
  • Strong network of clients, consultants, and suppliers in the UAE.
