Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to develop advanced ML/NLP solutions for clinical data management. The role involves building models for OCR, terminology recognition, structured data extraction, and discrepancy detection, with a focus on healthcare compliance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and deploy ML/NLP models for clinical documents.
• Implement OCR and medical terminology recognition.
• Build query generation and discrepancy detection modules.
• Integrate ML pipelines into production with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

• Master’s/PhD in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years in ML/NLP (healthcare domain preferred).
• Strong skills in LLMs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, OCR frameworks.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and privacy-preserving ML.
