PragmaCraft is a small, developer-centric software start-up specializing in crafting state-of-the-art AI software. Our focus is on delighting users through research and development in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning, LLMs, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG). Our journey began in 2012 with the idea of an Intelligent Search Assistant like today’s ChatGPT. Since then, we have been working on everything at the intersection of Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing. Our milestones include creating the first version of Intelligent Search Assistant in 2014, deploying our first Deep Learning Project in 2015 and our first Neural Machine Translation Model in 2016. You Are

• Experienced in AI & GenAI, including building ML and DL models.
• A pragmatic programmer: highly self-motivated, intelligent, and efficient. You take pride in your code's craftsmanship and the systems you build.
• Positive, team-friendly, and ethical in your work.
• Open to constructive feedback.
• Capable of delivering GenAI/AI/ML/DL projects from start to finish, including understanding business requirements, developing architecture, data aggregation and exploration, building & validating predictive models, and deploying models to impact the organization positively.
• Possessing a product mindset. Taking ownership of projects by building solutions that don't just meet expectations but exceed them, turning challenges into opportunities and ideas into innovations.
• Up-to-date with the latest advancements in GenAI & NLP technologies and its tools.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A deep technical understanding that spans from high-level abstractions to low-level details, aspiring to be at level 3 in the Programmer Competency Matrix.
• Software engineering skills with demonstrable proficiency and understanding of best practices in Python and other programming languages.
• An intuitive understanding of machine learning algorithms, including both supervised and unsupervised modeling techniques.
• Experience with version control and collaboration in software projects, including proficiency in Git for branching and merging.
• Familiarity with both Relational and Non-Relational Database Systems.
• Hands-on experience in the Generative AI & NLP field, from Word Vectors to Transformer models.
• Good knowledge of deep learning algorithms and workflows, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch.
• Hands-on experience with HuggingFace platform and transformers framework.
