Machine Maintenance

Overview :-
Machine maintenance is the process of keeping equipment in good working condition through regular inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and repair.

Its main goal is to ensure continuous production, prevent breakdowns, and extend machine life.

Responsibilities:-

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
• Diagnose machine faults and repair them promptly
• Maintain spare parts and tools inventory
• Document all maintenance work done
• Coordinate with production for planned shutdowns
• Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities
• Plan and approve maintenance schedules
• Ensure adequate manpower, spares, and safety equipment
• Monitor maintenance performance (downtime, breakdowns, costs)
• Conduct periodic audits and training for operators
• Review machine history and plan improvement actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
