Electrician cum Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Electrician cum Maintenance Supervisor to handle all electrical and mechanical maintenance activities in our box manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for smooth operation and upkeep of all plant machinery and equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and attending to breakdowns promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and supervise maintenance of electrical panels, motors, control systems, and plant wiring.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machines.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams to avoid disruptions.
• Supervise maintenance staff and ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Source and bring maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts as required.
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities like compressors, lighting, and power systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and servicing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in the packaging or corrugated box manufacturing industry.
• Sound knowledge of electrical panels, drives (VFDs), PLCs, and industrial wiring.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and team management skills.
• Must have a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license to bring maintenance materials and for on-site errands.
• Willingness to work extra hours or on weekends during urgent breakdowns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
