Machine Maintenance Operator

The Machine Maintenance Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and performing routine preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. The role ensures machines run efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines during production.
• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues and coordinate repairs.
• Record maintenance activities and report equipment performance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment efficiency.

Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in machine operation or industrial maintenance (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing or production plant setting; may involve shift work and physical activity.
