Machine Operator

Job Description:

ᴧ Follow the GMP guideline and any illness report to supervisor.

ᴧ Follow the work schedule.

ᴧ Record the data in the given form.

ᴧ Take the instructions from the supervisor.

ᴧ Reporting the equipment faults to maintenance department

ᴧ Monitoring the production process and carrying out the basic testing of quality checks

ᴧ Attending the GMP training.

ᴧ Set up machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order.

ᴧ Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.

ᴧ Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.

ᴧ Calibrate machines at the beginning of each shift.

ᴧ Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.

ᴧ Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.

ᴧ Perform safety checks on every shift.

ᴧ Ensure stocks of needed materials are always ready and available.

ᴧ Adjust machine components according to size and processing angle of each product.

ᴧ Load items into machines and adjust speed, product flow, air flow, Nitrogen, and temperature.

ᴧ Adjust machine controls to ensure minimization of packing material waste.

ᴧ Inspect and remove defective items or those that do not meet standards.

ᴧ Ascertain that packaged materials are appropriately stored and further packed in proper boxes.

ᴧ Clean machinery parts and perform both preventative and general maintenance activities.

ᴧ Test and evaluate products and verify product weight to conform to quality standards.

ᴧ Attach identification labels to finished items and count them to ensure as plan.

ᴧ Educate workers on exercising caution to avoid accidents and prevent injuries.

ᴧ Load and unload items into machines and remove rejected packages to be isolated as surplus.

ᴧ Stack packaged items in storage areas or on delivery pallets using jack pallets or forklifts.

ᴧ Create daily reports regarding packaged products, machine running time, manpower used, cleaning time, changeover time.

ᴧ Suggest a creative idea to improve productivity.

ᴧ Control manpower and arranges desired manpower depending on SKU.

ᴧ Communicate operators from the other shift regarding the data or any other details.
