Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment as per approved SOPs and GMP requirements, ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Supply standards.

Safety Responsibilities

1. Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and HSE standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
2. Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
3. Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.

Quality Responsibilities

1. Perform operations strictly as per SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.
2. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to GDP practices.
3. Report deviations, malfunctions, or nonconformities promptly to the immediate supervisor.

Supply Responsibilities

1. Ensure smooth machine operation to achieve planned production targets.
2. Coordinate with Maintenance and QA teams to minimize downtime.
3. Support line clearance, cleaning, and changeover activities as required.

Qualification / Functional Knowledge

1. High school or Diploma in relevant field.
2. Functional knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, understand the operation process.
3. Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.
