Machine Operator

Trillium Pacific Millwork, Inc. is looking for a motivated and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team in Hubbard, OR. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you'll help produce high-quality wood products for commercial and custom projects.

You’ll also be responsible for conducting regular quality checks to ensure the products meet our high standards. This job requires good attention to detail, the ability to fix problems quickly, and confidence in making quick decisions on the job. If you have some experience with machines and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit. Pay is competitive, ranging from $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience.

$20 - $24 hourly DOE

Job duties include:

• Operate automated production equipment safely and efficiently
• Feed materials into machines, and routinely check material measurements
• Perform routine maintenance checks and assist with basic equipment repairs
• Monitor product quality and make machine adjustments as needed
• Read and follow work orders and instructions accurately
• Support team efforts to improve processes and meet production goals

• 1–2 years of experience operating machinery (preferred, not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to read and follow technical instructions or diagrams
• Understand and follow safety rules
• Strong attendance and reliable transportation
• Good communication and teamwork
