Machine Operator [CNC Milling] (Zagre, Croatia)

Taking over a well-established or partially well-established position, setting up and safely handling products on machines, using clamping devices, checking the finished product on the machine using measuring instruments, understanding and knowledge of controls, clamping, tools, ZUL-point, using CNC documentation, checking and correcting tools, changing tools on a CNC machine, basic knowledge of G-code.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Programming: Load raw materials, secure workpieces, input or adjust program settings, and perform test runs.
• Operation: Operate CNC mills for cutting, drilling, and shaping metal/plastic parts, monitoring for malfunctions.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers) to meet blueprint specifications, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of the machine.
• Documentation: Record production data and report any issues or deviations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM designs.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of CNC software/hardware.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
