Machine Technician

Must have Knowledge of all packing machines , filling machines, labeling machines for various industries like food , oil, perfume and cosmetics, chemicals , detergents

Job Responsibilities

• Install new machinery and automated systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
• Design, develop, and implement automation systems and controls for machinery and production lines.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
• Perform regular maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
• Test and calibrate machinery to ensure it meets performance specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications, including detailed technical reports and service logs.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair activities comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Work closely with engineers, other technicians, and clients to address technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of working with various types of Machinery
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications or training in PLC and HMI programming would be beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering in electrical, mechatronics, industrial automation Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
