Machine Technician

~Key Experience & Knowledge Required:

• CNC punching and cutting machines
• Pneumatic machines
• Laser cutting machines
• Powder coating machines
• Roll forming machines
• Mechanical power presses
• Hydraulic shearing machines
• Hydraulic press brakes
• Industrial ovens
• Screw compressors

~Technical Skills:

• PLC electrical and programming work
• Industrial electrical wiring
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• AutoCAD drawings (mandatory)

~Responsibilities (Engineer Role May Include):

* Perform maintenance of all machines (preventive & breakdown maintenance)

* Troubleshoot, repair, and service machinery and equipment

* Ensure machines are operating efficiently and safely

* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults

* Maintain machines in good working condition

* Design, develop, and test mechanical and electrical components (Engineer role)

* Prepare technical drawings, sketches, and specifications

* Support production, sales, and customers with technical expertise

* Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations

* Improve productivity and efficiency of engineering activities

~Requirements:

• Relevant technical diploma or engineering degree
• Valid driving license
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
