About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Consultant with a background in PHP development who is eager to build a career in Magento (Adobe Commerce). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, debugging, and continuous learning. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to support, maintain, and enhance Magento-based applications for clients across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for Magento-based web applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application errors, performance issues, and configuration challenges.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to replicate and debug reported issues.
• Assist in Magento installation, setup, and module-level issue resolution.
• Document issues, solutions, and FAQs in a structured format.
• Learn and apply best practices in Magento development and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (mandatory).
• 0–1 year of experience in PHP development.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, MySQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Basic familiarity with MVC frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Good to Have (Optional but Preferred)

• Awareness or basic exposure to Magento 2 or any eCommerce platform.
• Understanding of APIs, Linux commands, and Git.
• Interest in learning Magento architecture, modules, and performance optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹520,000.00 per year
