We’re Building a Team for a Cutting-Edge Magnet Manufacturing Project (Bid Stage)

We are currently supporting a major industrial project in the Middle East (on bid stage) and are looking to connect with experienced professionals in magnet manufacturing, rare metals processing, and advanced industrial plant development.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a next-generation manufacturing facility, focused on high-performance magnet production and integrated processing systems.

Please note: These roles are subject to project award. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the proposal and considered for mobilization upon project confirmation.

Open Roles

We are seeking professionals with proven experience in industrial/manufacturing environments, preferably in magnet production, rare earth metals, or similar heavy/process industries:

Lead Process Engineer

• Expertise in rare metals processing or magnet production
• Strong experience in process integration and plant design

Mechanical Engineer (Production Equipment & Tooling)

• Experience with magnet production machinery and tooling systems
• Exposure to manufacturing optimization and equipment selection

Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

• Background in industrial installations, energy planning, and process control systems
• Experience with automation and instrumentation in manufacturing plants

Mechanical Installation Engineer

• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance planning

Civil / Infrastructure Engineer

• Experience in site development, plant construction, and coordination of industrial facilities

CAD Specialist

• Proficient in preparing detailed engineering drawings for industrial/manufacturing projects

Procurement Engineer

• Experience in sourcing and procurement for industrial or manufacturing projects
• Strong knowledge of vendor management and technical procurement processes

✅ Preferred Background

• Experience in magnet manufacturing, rare earth metals, mining, or heavy industrial plants
• Exposure to EPC / PMC environments
• Strong coordination skills in multidisciplinary project teams
• Previous Middle East project experience is a plus
