To ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and proper upkeep of the Director’s residence, while maintaining high standards of hygiene, discretion, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping & Cleaning:

  • Perform daily cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas.
  • Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming as required.
  • Change bed linens, wash towels, and ensure overall tidiness.
  • Organize closets, cupboards, and storage areas.

2. Laundry & Ironing:

  • Wash, dry, and iron clothes, linens, and other fabrics.
  • Properly fold, store, and care for delicate items.

3. Kitchen Assistance:

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen counters, utensils, and appliances.
  • Assist in basic food preparation if required.
  • Ensure fridge and pantry cleanliness and organization.

4. Household Maintenance Support:

  • Report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and toiletries are stocked.

5. Guest Assistance:

  • Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to guests when required.
  • Assist in setting up for gatherings or meetings at the residence.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct:

  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Follow all instructions given by the Director or authorized persons.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female
  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience (residential or hotel).
  • Skills:
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products.
  • Basic cooking and kitchen hygiene knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • Discreet and respectful of privacy.
  • Well-groomed and hygienic.
