• 4–10 Years: Up to ₹24 LPA
• 10–15 Years: Up to ₹28 LPA

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Mainframe Developers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM, with CICS experience being an added advantage. This role involves the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex mainframe applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects in a timely manner.
• Optimize existing code and processes for better performance and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design and support documents.
• Work closely with QA, business analysts, and other developers throughout the SDLC.
• Provide production support and handle incident management as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4 to 15 years of hands-on experience in mainframe development.
• Proficient in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with CICS is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to performance tuning and optimization in mainframe environments.
• Experience working in production support and handling critical issues.
• Familiarity with version control tools and job scheduling tools.

• Compensation: Competitive and aligned with market standards based on experience

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
