Job Overview
We are hiring a responsible and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to manage day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple campuses. This role requires strong coordination, regular campus visits, and strict follow-up to ensure all campuses remain fully functional and maintained to a high standard.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all complaints reported through the maintenance app are resolved within 24 hours, and that preventive maintenance tasks are completed in advance to avoid delays and operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all campuses remain well-maintained, operational, and up to required standards at all times.
Conduct regular campus maintenance visits and prepare action plans for pending issues.
Monitor and manage all maintenance complaints reported through the app and ensure resolution within one working day (24 hours).
Assign tasks to maintenance technicians and ensure timely completion with proper quality checks.
Track daily progress of complaints, including pending, in-progress, and completed tasks.
Ensure preventive maintenance is performed regularly to reduce breakdowns and repeated complaints.
Coordinate with campus administration to identify issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
Escalate urgent or major issues to the Maintenance Head/Management when required.
Maintain records of completed work, repeated issues, and maintenance reports for management review.
Ensure immediate response in case of emergency repairs or critical facility issues.
Support improvement initiatives to enhance campus facility standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, or operations (preferred).
Strong follow-up and task management skills with ability to handle multiple campuses.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance work.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Good communication skills for coordination with technicians, campus staff, and management.
Comfortable using mobile apps and tracking systems for complaint management.
Must be willing to travel between campuses as needed.
Flexible with working hours based on workload and task urgency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
