La Verde Facility management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Perform preventative maintenance and document all activities.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Install new equipment and assist in upgrades or modifications.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
