Maintenance

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy welding and fabrication shop. This role is essential to keeping our equipment and facility running smoothly and safely.

Pay Rate: $16/hour
Shifts Available: All shifts – Day, Evening, and Night

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on shop machinery and tools

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Maintain clean and safe work areas

• Assist with facility upkeep, including plumbing, lighting, and general building maintenance

• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or shop setting preferred

• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Willingness to work any shift as needed

• Must be reliable and punctual

**Must be willing to commute to Dresden/Adams Mills
